I have the right to refuse if I find the order uncomfortable / beyond my abilities.
I retain certain rights and ownership of my art pieces, such as uploading them on social media for promotional purposes.
If the cilent wishes to upload the commission to their own social medias then credit is required.
I have the right to revoke your commission at any time if any unexpected events / circumstances occur. A refund will be given in this case.
Every one of my artworks, including the commissioned ones, are not allowed to be used for any NFTs or AI generators' purposes.

Commission Type:
Type of background (simple/detailed, etc)
Character reference sheet/pose
Any other references (stickman sketch is already perfect)
Details such as pose, props,

An initial rough sketch will be sent to clients to verify that it suits their preferences. Clients are allowed to view WIP or update images at any point should they request it.
After you approve of the sketch, please proceed to payment before I continue working on your commission.
Cancellation of order is fine as long as I haven't started on your order.
Big changes may cost extra charge.
Rush order will cost extra charge.
Details that are not discussed in the original order will be charged accordingly.
Minor mistakes can be fixed.
Payment
All Payments are paid in full after sketching phase, before I continue working on the commission.
PAYPAL ONLY. Prices are all in USD.
No refund after commission started.
Commissions intended for commercial use are 2x the total price of the request. Kindly discuss with me first if this is the case.
Working Timeframe
No binding deadline.
The wait time for commissions is subject to change depending on my availability.
The time to complete a commission varies depending on the complexity of the piece.
